Di Filippo Winery’s latest addition: Grechetto without added sulphites
Grechetto without suphites. This wine has been produced without the addition of sulphites, a small quantity of sulphite is produced naturally from yeast, during the fermentation process. Wine produced in this way is more delicate and demands more attention.. it needs to be kept at a constant temperature of between 10 to 15°C. Once opened, it changes rapidly, but conserves both bouquet and taste for some hours.
